Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, household address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 88fortune may suspend or permanently close any duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. A wagering requirement of, for example, 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times before a withdrawal request will be processed for that balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fortune platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended and balance forfeited pending investigation:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification
• Using the platform on behalf of or for the benefit of another person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the 88fortune platform
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through collusion with other players or exploitation of software vulnerabilities
• Depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activity (money laundering)
• Using charge-backs, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment methods to circumvent legitimate transaction processing at 88fortune
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other players or 88fortune staff
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms
• The player's account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity
• The player is under 21 years of age
• Verification documents provided are false, incomplete, or expired
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk of financial crime, money laundering, or harm to the platform or other players

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance held in that account will be frozen until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any frozen balance returned. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
